REFUND POLICY

No refunds. Please read policy carefully BEFORE purchasing.

Once shipped, we Do Not offer any refunds. Store credit or exchanges are accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note delays are out of our control and you will not be refunded due to a delay.

Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges must notified and requested to us within three (3) days of receiving your item(s). The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using given store credit or we will gladly exchange the product for your item of choice that is of equal value to you.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 If your return is accepted, you must pay for shipping cost we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as bodysuits, swimwear, intimates, or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For any questions regarding exchanges and returns, please contact us at yaddibombboutique@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Yaddi Bomb Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have no received it, you must contact the USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). 

[ Incorrect Address? ]

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are shipped because they are in USPS or UPS hands, please contact them if there is a problem with the delivery. If you order, and put in the wrong address we are not liable; if the package is shipped back to us we will ship it back to you, but you are to pay for shipping again. If this happens you can not cancel the order nor get a refund because you put in the incorrect address. The package will be held for 20 days for you to pay for reshipment. We will let you know the shipping cost. Yaddi Bomb Boutique is not responsible if they (USPS, Fedex, UPS,ETC)  lose or misplace your package.
